Power of Translation امتداد متصفح يترجم صفحات الويب ترجمة ثنائية بالذكاء الاصطناعي: الأصل يبقى ظاهراً والترجمة تظهر بجانبه أو تحته. باستخدامك الخدمة فأنت توافق على هذه الشروط — وإن لم توافق، فلا تستخدمها.

Power of Translation is a browser extension that translates web pages bilingually using AI: the original stays visible and the translation appears beside or below it. By using the service you agree to these terms — if you do not agree, do not use it.

Your accountحسابك

• الحساب شخصي — لصاحبه وحده، وهو مسؤول عن الحفاظ على وصوله إليه.
• معلومات التسجيل يجب أن تكون صحيحة وحديثة.
• مشاركة الحساب لتجاوز حدود الباقات مخالفة لهذه الشروط.

• Your account is personal — for you alone, and you are responsible for keeping access to it secure.
• Registration information must be accurate and current.
• Sharing an account to bypass plan limits violates these terms.

Plans & limitsالباقات والحدود

كل باقة تمنح حصة توكن لكل دورة فوترة، كما هو معلن في صفحة الأسعار. الاستهلاك يُقاس بما تُبلغ عنه نماذج الذكاء الاصطناعي فعلياً (نص المصدر + الترجمة). عند بلوغ الحد تتوقف الترجمة السحابية حتى تجدّد الدورة أو تُرقّي الباقة. الحصص لا تترحّل بين الدورات.

Each plan grants a token allowance per billing cycle, as published on the pricing page. Usage is measured by what the AI models actually report (source text + translation). When the limit is reached, cloud translation pauses until the cycle renews or you upgrade. Allowances do not roll over between cycles.

Ultra's two phasesمرحلتا ألترا

باقة ألترا تعمل على مرحلتين داخل الدورة الواحدة: أولاً أقوى النماذج ضمن حصتها الخاصة، وعند استهلاكها تتحول الباقة تلقائياً إلى كل مزايا Pro لبقية الدورة. هذا سلوك مُصمَّم ومعلن — وليس عطلاً ولا تخفيضاً خفياً — والاشتراك المدفوع طوال الدورة هو اشتراك ألترا نفسه.

Ultra works in two phases within a single cycle: first the strongest models under their own allowance; once that is used, the plan automatically continues with everything in Pro for the rest of the cycle. This is designed, disclosed behaviour — not a fault or a hidden downgrade — and the subscription paid throughout the cycle is Ultra itself.

Fair useالاستخدام العادل

ممنوع استخدام الخدمة في:

• إعادة بيع الترجمة كخدمة، أو تشغيلها آلياً خارج الاستخدام الشخصي المعقول.
• محاولة تجاوز الحدود أو العبث بالقياس أو الهندسة العكسية للواجهة الخلفية.
• ترجمة محتوى غير قانوني أو انتهاك حقوق الآخرين أو شروط المواقع التي تزورها.

The service must not be used to:

• Resell translation as a service, or drive it with automation beyond reasonable personal use.
• Attempt to bypass limits, tamper with metering, or reverse-engineer the backend.
• Translate unlawful content, or violate others' rights or the terms of the sites you visit.

Availabilityتوفّر الخدمة

نبذل جهداً حقيقياً لبقاء الخدمة متاحة وسريعة، لكنها تعتمد على مزوّدين خارجيين (نماذج الذكاء الاصطناعي، البنية التحتية) وقد تتأثر بأعطالهم. الخدمة تُقدَّم «كما هي» دون ضمان توفّر متواصل.

We work hard to keep the service available and fast, but it depends on external providers (AI models, infrastructure) and can be affected by their outages. The service is provided "as is", without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability.

Payment & renewalالدفع والتجديد

الاشتراكات تتجدد تلقائياً (شهرياً أو سنوياً) حتى تلغيها. الدفع تديره Dodo Payments بصفتها البائع القانوني، وأسعارنا معلنة في صفحة الأسعار. الإلغاء والاسترداد تحكمهما سياسة الاسترداد والإلغاء.

Subscriptions renew automatically (monthly or yearly) until you cancel. Payments are handled by Dodo Payments as Merchant of Record, and our prices are published on the pricing page. Cancellation and refunds are governed by the refund & cancellation policy.

Liabilityحدود المسؤولية

إلى الحد الذي يسمح به القانون، مسؤوليتنا تجاهك عن أي مطالبة تتعلق بالخدمة لا تتجاوز ما دفعته لنا في الأشهر الاثني عشر السابقة للمطالبة، ولا نتحمّل الأضرار غير المباشرة أو التبعية.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability to you for any claim related to the service is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Terminationإنهاء الخدمة

تستطيع حذف حسابك متى شئت. ونحتفظ بحق إيقاف حساب ينتهك هذه الشروط انتهاكاً جوهرياً — وفي غير حالات إساءة الاستخدام الواضحة، ننبّه قبل الإيقاف.

You can delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend an account that materially violates these terms — and outside clear abuse, we warn before suspending.

Changes to these termsتعديل الشروط

قد نحدّث هذه الشروط. التغييرات الجوهرية تُعلن على هذه الصفحة وداخل الامتداد قبل سريانها، واستمرارك في الاستخدام بعدها يعني موافقتك. الأسئلة على support@power-of-translation.com.
